Coffee Sanjikken in Aoyama

Time flows slowly at this single-origin coffee cafe

You may find many sophisticated cafes in the Omotesando & Aoyama areas, but the problem is that they are usually fairly busy and crowded. This isn't true though of Coffee Sanjikken, located three minutes walk from Tokyo Metro's Omotesando Station.

Sanjikken offers nine varieties of single-origin speciality coffee. Each variety offered has a great aroma with the coffee beans roasted at Yanaka Coffee, one of Tokyo's famed coffee beans speciality shops.

You will have two serves of coffee in a pot with either whipped cream or foamed milk. If you select foamed milk, you may want to add it to the second serve to make café latte after enjoying the drip coffee in the first serve. Cheese cakes, Chiffon cakes, and scones are also available.

Coffee Sanjikken is spacious, quiet and it's relaxing atmosphere makes lends itself to private reading or even business meetings.

Coffee of the Day here will set you back 750 yen or (1250 yen with a cheese cake serving) and is worth every smooth yen.

Getting there

Take the Hanzomon or Ginza Subway Line to Omotesando Station. Coffee Sanjikken is a 3-minute walk from the B2 Exit.
